There is a huge misconception within the fitness community that you can’t build muscle with kettlebells; that if you’re into bodybuilding, Kbs are not the tools for you.

I call BS on that philosophy.

Kettlebells are some of the most versatile tools for building muscle. They offer a variety of different grip positions, movements, and weight distribution which can be incorporated into a bodybuilding routine, making it more challenging and effective than traditional methods of building muscle.

KBB is an 8 week program designed take full advantage of the kettlebells versatility in order to enhance growth in all the major areas of the body. You’ll see both traditional and non-traditional exercises adapted exclusively for the use of kettlebells.

Training sessions are 4-5 days per week and last roughly an hour per workout. Each day uses familiar bodybuilding splits such as: chest and back, bis and tris, legs and shoulders, etc. There are also cardio conditioning days to further enhance body composition and amplify your results.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

Light kettlebells (8kg-20kg) for accessory work

Heavy kettlebells (24kg-32kg+) for prime movers

Resistance bands for added tension
