This video absolutely fired me up and is testament to what we are capable of achieving! This woman is a 95 year old world record holder!

Something I’m Doing:

Yin Yoga before bed.

As a part of my nighttime routine I’ve been doing 15 minutes of yin yoga before bed. It’s been a nice way for my wife and I to do something active together, while also getting my body to decompress from the day.
