GoodFriday: On green grass, time, & consistency
Happy GoodFriday!
Here’s something I heard, thought, and did this week.
Something I Heard:
“The grass is always greener on the side that’s fertilized with bullshit.”- Morgan Housel, author of The Psychology of Money

Something I Thought:
Time is the factor that people consistently overlook.
Time is the ultimate multiplier, yet it’s often the most underestimated variable in nearly every pursuit—success, mastery, relationships, growth, and even failure. People often fixate on other variables like effort, talent, or strategy, but they neglect the role that time plays in compounding results.
Because we live in an era of immediacy we're wired to want quick payoffs, fast transformations, instant validation. But real outcomes, are less about intense bursts of effort and more about sustained action over time.
Something I’m Doing:
Scheduling my training sessions.
Training sessions are in my calendar like any other important meeting or event for the day. It’s one of the most effective ways of keeping me on track without waiting for the goddess of motivation to do her thing.
If you want to stay consistent make your most important meeting of the day a reoccurring event.
Until next week!
