Welcome to the Everyday Warriors 4 week program!
This workout program is designed for those who are addicted to having a day in and day out consistent routine to set you up for success! The routine is intended to be performed every day for 45 minutes to achieve strength, hypertrophy, and cardio gains. Everyday will focus on a different aspect of the aforementioned program goals using a combination of barbell and kettlebell exercises. It is suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness enthusiasts who have a good understanding of proper exercise form and technique.
Equipment Needed
A pair of light kettlebells (8kg-20kg) for accessory work
A pair of heavy kettlebells (24kg-32kg+) for prime movers
A step box or plyo box.
A squat rack (for mobility drills)
And some resistance bands.
