Training with doubles is one of my favorite ways to develop strength and size. With doubles, you can more easily overload the body, causing greater response from the body to grow.

This program includes 16 workouts, with a variety of exercises that change from day to day so you stay engaged and avoid plateaus. Spread the workouts out as you see fit for your schedule. Each workout lasts about 30-45 min, including warm up and cooldown, making it easy for anyone to do with a busy schedule.

Equipment Needed

  • A pair of light kettlebells (8kg-20kg) for accessory work

  • A pair of heavy kettlebells (24kg-32kg+) for prime movers

  • A step box or plyo box.

  • A squat rack (for mobility drills)

  • And some resistance bands.
