Truly there is nothing more that you need other than a barbell, kettlebell, and your bodyweight.

This 8 week program is going to put your body to the test. I've taken some of the most fundamental lifts from each of these respective practices and built a program around them that will allow you to see significant progress in your strength goals.

Each day will start off with a squat, pull, push circuit that will rotate between these three specialties. Training in this fashion will help you to push a little harder on some days, while backing off some on others to work on your skills.

This program includes accessory lifts like pistol squats, barbell deadlifts, kettlebell overhead press, and more for muscle hypertrophy and skill enhancement

I have included a series of mobility exercises to help prime your body before you train, and some conditioning finishers to keep your aerobic capacity strong. We’re leaving no stone unturned in strength and physical wellness during the next 8 weeks!

Equipment Needed

  • Barbell & plates

  • Light kettlebells (8kg-20kg) for accessory work

  • Heavy kettlebells (24kg-32kg+) for prime movers

  • Resistance bands for added tension
